Hello, I’m
Julie Weiss

Chopra Mind-Body Zone Coordinator, Certified Chopra Health Instructor, E-RYT 500
Originally from Long Island NY, Julie has always been a lover of movement, expression, and life’s dance, which led her to the path of yoga. Julie is honored to be the Lead Instructor and coordinator at the Chopra Mind-Body Zone at the Lake Nona Performance Club in Orlando, Florida. She is also a graduate of the Chopra Health Certification Program.

Julie completed her RYT 200-hour certification with Frog Lotus Yoga in Massachusetts and her RYT 500-hour certification in the prana-vinyasa flow style created by Shiva Rea. She is an E-RYT 500 level, as well as a Yoga Continuing Education Provider through the Yoga Alliance. Julie also has certifications in children/teens/teens yoga, Pilates mat, cycle, and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy from the CA College of Ayurveda. She graduated with a B.A. in dance from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. Aside from yoga, Julie spent eleven and a half years as a performer for Walt Disney World, which was her childhood dream career.

Yoga has helped Julie open her heart, let go and learn to accept being imperfectly perfect. Likewise, Julie gives her students permission to be themselves. The intentions and themes in each class are inspired by living life as an authentic human being. Julie believes intentions don't just get rolled up with the yoga mat but are carried throughout our daily lives. Her flow classes infuse movement, creative sequences, and colorful playlists, as she guides you through your practice with fluidity, strength, humanness, and a dash of light-hearted humor!
