Raymond is a certified life coach and the founder of Gay Men of Wisdom. Through this international project, he leads discussion groups, workshops, retreats, and group programs, and he offers individual coaching. He presents this work at Easton Mountain and online, and has brought it to the Rowe Labor Day Retreat, New York City’s LGBT Center, and throughout the northeast United States. Ray is a member of the international Gay Coaches Alliance and the New York City–based Gay Coaches Collective.
