Includes Primordial Sound Meditation Instruction, Ayurvedic lunches, and lectures by Chopra Center Certified Instructors. The retreat will begin on Thursday and end Sunday. Dinner on Thursday night will be provided, as well as light breakfast and Ayurvedic lunch Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
