Ayurvedic Meals are a delicious blend of tastes, textures, colors, aromas and flavors that bring balance to your body and mind. Relax and enjoy your meals (a key Ayurvedic principle!) without having to rush to another location.

Tuesday Dinner: Mediterranean Feast

- White bean Tuscan Soup
- Romaine Salad with walnuts, cranberries, golden raisins, braised fresh fennel and figs
- Garbanzo, fresh Roma tomato, basil, fresh mozzarella in Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Roasted Sweet Potato and Sautéed Kale with Thyme, Basil and Allspice
- Grilled Pesto eggplant, zucchini, carrots
- Polenta with fresh basil
- Ratatouille
- Baked pasta with Asiago and Romano cheese, kalamata olives, fresh tomatoes and spinach

Wednesday Dinner: Greek Feast

- Spinach and Lentil Soup
- Traditional Greek Salad
- Romaine and spinach greens
- With kalamata, feta, cucumber, red onion, Roma Tomato,
- Greek dressing
- Quinoa Tabouli with Fresh mint, dill and parsley (heavy on the parsley)
- Hummus (not too much garlic)
- Whole Wheat Pita Bread
- Grilled Eggplant Roulades stuffed with minted rice with pine nuts
- Spanikopita – spinach filo pie
- Cucumber Raita or Tzekiki Sauce (sour cream and yogurt)
- Orzo pasta with Fresh tomato, Basil, Dill, green olives,
- Grilled zucchini, leeks, tossed with feta Cheese and Fresh Basil
- Rice Pudding with Fresh Blueberries, raspberry, blackberries

Thursday Dinner: Asian Buffet

- Asian Clear Broth Soup, with greens and tofu
- Napa Cabbage, bean sprouts, black beans slaw with Asian style dressing and sesame seeds
- Arugula and Spinach salad garnished with pears, Satsuma’s tangerines, almonds, apple- ginger vinaigrette.

Tofu Fajitas Bar:
- Marinated tofu strips, in a spicy fajitas marinade
