What happens at SynchroDestiny?
This four-day workshop begins each morning with Yoga instruction and meditation. Then, the co-founders of the Chopra Center-- Deepak and David-- explore how to tap into the field of pure potentiality in order to orchestrate the fulfillment of all your desires.
Those attending SynchroDestiny, will also be immersed in daily meditation and practice body-centered restful awareness with the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga.
Each day guests will dine on delicious Ayurvedic vegetarian lunches and dinners directly from the Chopra Center cookbook, culminating in a special celebration dinner including live entertainment.
Your day concludes with beginner and advanced Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga instruction; every evening is filled with an opportunity to share experiences with others in your group or join in the evening's activity.
