Amanda Ringnalda

Amanda is a Vedic master educator , certified byChopra Center University in Primordial Sound Meditation, Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, and Perfect Health: Ayurvedic Lifestyle. Amanda also serves the Chopra Center as Director of Operations and Events, helping to weave the integrity of the teachings through the organization internally and externally.

Amanda’s first yoga class in 1996 inspired a deep recognition of these timeless teachings. In addition to the trainings at the Chopra Center, she has completed 200- & 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training immersion intensives at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram. She regularly retreats from the city life to continually deepen her spiritual studies at their ashrams around the world. Through her deep dedication to a yogic life and daily practice, Amanda touches the lives of many by helping them to also “remember” their true nature and connect to their unique expression of dharma (purpose).

As well as developing and facilitating Chopra Center events and offerings, Amanda serves on the Center’s Leadership Team and teaches at the Center’s weekly programs and trainings. A native of Lake Tahoe, California, Amanda lives in San Diego with her husband, Rene, and their lovable, four-legged friends, Rishi and Maya.
