What happens at Seduction of Spirit?

Your journey begins each morning with a blissful group meditation and yoga classes for body-centered restful awareness. Then, the co-founders of the Chopra Center – Deepak and David – guide you through a daily practice of mindfulness, visualizations, the Law of the Day from Deepak's classic best-seller The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, and deep meditations. Dine on optional Ayurvedic vegetarian lunches culled from The Chopra Center Cookbook.

In the afternoon Deepak and David lead afternoon sessions that include further immersion into the Law of the Day, dancing, soul exploring exercises, energy and breath work, rounds of meditation, and deep healing of your heart. Your day concludes with a group meditation and Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga instruction (for all levels). Each evening you have the opportunity to share experiences with others in your group, spend time in quiet reflection, or enjoy entertainment by special guest performers. On the final evening we will have a special celebration dinner where you can rejoice in your awakening.

Each Seduction of Spirit retreat has a different schedule. Here are the check-in times for each of the upcoming retreats:

August 22–28, 2010: Sedona, Arizona
For those learning Primordial Sound Meditation, check in is Sunday, August 22, at 1 p.m. For those who already have received Primordial Sound Meditation instruction, check in begins at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, August 23. The retreat ends at approximately 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 28.

November 14–20, 2010: La Costa, California
For those learning Primordial Sound Meditation, check in is Sunday, November 14 at 1 p.m. For those who already have received Primordial Sound Meditation instruction, check in begins at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, November 15. The retreat ends at approximately 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 20.

March 20–26, 2011: Atlanta, GA
 For those learning Primordial Sound Meditation, check in is Sunday, March 20, at 1 p.m. For those who already have received Primordial Sound Meditation instruction, check in begins at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, March 21. The retreat ends at approximately 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 26.

July 3–9, 2011: Whistler, BC, Canada
For those learning Primordial Sound Meditation, check in is Sunday, July 3 at 1 p.m. For those who already have received Primordial Sound Meditation instruction, check in begins at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, July 4. The retreat ends at approximately 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 9.
