Learn how to enhance women’s health using an integrative wellness prescription of mind-body therapies, nutrition, supplements, and exercise. Focusing on cancer prevention, menopause, and breast health. Dr. Porter is Director of Women’s Health at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing in Carlsbad, California. Board certified in both General Preventive Medicine and Integrative Holistic Medicine, Dr. Porter is an expert in many complementary healing modalities including medical acupuncture, meditation, yoga, Healing Touch, and ayurveda, which she combines in her practice at the Chopra Center. |

Workshop by Medical Qigong Practitioner Fay McGrew
Experience Yin Qigong [pronounced “chee – gong”] - relaxing, nourishing, rejuvenating exercises clinically proven to improve libido, gynecological, and overall health. Fay has more than 38 years of experience studying various ancient mind-body practices including Qigong, Tai Chi, and Zen meditation. She has studied with many Qigong masters in China and effectively conveys the essence of these modernized ancient practices to Westerners. Fay has served as a teacher for more than 15 years and has established Qigong programs at major health and educational institutions throughout San Diego. Her teaching style is accessible and personal. |
Workshop by Dr. Francoise Ginsberg
Learn about the philosophy and practice of Tantra and deepen your understanding of the sexual feminine potential. Discover how to fully honor your body temple, clarify your needs and longings, and communicate with your partner. Francoise Ginsberg received her doctorate from the University of Paris, where she worked as a women’s counselor. Francoise specializes in women’s sexuality and has been leading Tantra workshops in San Diego since 1994. She works with her husband of 28 years, offering couples therapy that incorporates the practice of Tantra. |
