If you want to break free from the past and experience emotional freedom, we invite you to join us at the Healing the Heart workshop. In our safe, nurturing setting, you will be guided in the unique five-step healing process developed by Chopra Center co-founder Dr. David Simon that has helped thousands let go of their pain, find freedom from the past, and rediscover joy and fulfillment.
Healing the Heart is led by the Chopra Center's Medical Director, Dr. Tim Brieske, and Trista Thorp, the Certification Program Coordinator of Chopra Center University. Along with other loving members of the Chopra Center staff, they will support and guide you in freeing yourself from the burden of accumulated pain, anger, guilt, and other difficult emotions.
Balancing the Body is a powerful mind-body healing immersion designed exclusively for those who have completed the Healing the Heart workshop. At Healing the Heart, participants are guided in an intensive emotional release process for letting of the stored pain and core beliefs that contribute to emotional distress and physical illness. Healing the Heart/Balancing the Body will help you integrate and deepen the profound healing you’ve experienced at Free to Love/Healing the Heart. The Chopra Center has created Balancing the Body as a deeply nurturing companion program, and we highly recommend that you take the two programs back-to-back.
