For more than ten years, the Chopra Center presents Seduction of Spirit, the most profound spiritual experience offered. This extraordinary meditation retreat offers tranquility, peacefulness, discovery, and inspiration.

What happens at Seduction of Spirit?
Your journey begins each day at 7am with Yoga instruction and meditation. Then, the co-founders of the Chopra Center-- Deepak and David-- guide you through a daily practice of mindfulness, visualizations, the Law of the Day, and deep meditations. Dine on optional Ayurvedic vegetarian lunches designed from the Chopra Center cookbook. Deepak and David lead afternoon sessions which include immersion into the Spiritual Law of the Day, dancing, soul exploring excercises, rounds of meditation, and deep healing of your heart. Your day concludes with beginner and advanced Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga instruction; every evening is filled with an opportunity to share experiences with others in your group or join in the evening's activity. We've chosen these venues because of their magnificent connection to nature and their ability to effortlessly let you connect
to yourself.

Prerequisites for Seduction of Spirit
Seduction of Spirit is a celebration of your divine essence. It is required that you are practicing the meditation technique Primordial Sound Meditation. You can learn Primordial Sound Meditation from one of our certified instructors at locations throughout the world or you may take Primordial Sound Meditation the day before Seduction of Spirit begins.

Once you have attended this seminar you are half-way to The Chopra Center Teacher's Path.
