Perfect Health takes place each week at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing, located on the grounds of the world-famous La Costa Resort & Spa. Nestled on 400 lush coastal acres, La Costa Resort is an oasis of rejuvenation and bliss, providing Perfect Health guests an ideal setting in which to heal and transform. Guest rooms are conveniently located just steps away from the Chopra Center, making it easy to take a little time for a private retreat to yourself between classes, healing therapies, and meals. The Chopra Center has arranged preferred rates for our guests staying at La Costa.
