"Thank you for teaching me how to meditate. I have made it every day a part of my being. I thought 30 minutes was going to be impossible with a 3- and a 6-year-old, but it's no problem at all. I have set my biological alarm clock in my head to get up at 5:45 each morning. I rise, pee, splash water on my face, blow my nose, light Sattwa incense and dive in. Surprisingly, I meditate for an average of 40-50 minutes. I love it! The evening sessions are done with the whole family.
