Doshas for Dogs classes - Applying Ayurvedic Wisdom to our Canine Companions
WHAT TO EXPECT:
A fun, light-hearted, educational experience in a like-minded community of animal lovers. You’ll learn the basic concepts of Ayurveda, and how to understand your dog better in mind, body and spirit. By receiving these teachings and a “Dog Dosha Quiz”, you will be able to interpret your dog’s mind-body personality (dosha). We'll also explore how to recognize where your dog may be imbalanced and exactly what you can do for them to help bring (and sustain) ideal health. You’ll come away from the workshop with specific natural healing tips to put in place to help your dog maintain vibrant health, good behavior, a peaceful demeanor, and a happy heart.
Amanda Ringnalda – Certified Master Educator of Meditation, Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Yoga. Passionate dog lover, rescuer and advocate.
Everyone and anyone who would like to understand dogs better and how to care for them in a natural, holistic way.

This class is perfect for people new to Ayurvedic wisdom, as well as those who are more familiar. Should or may I bring my dog?
We lovingly ask that our canine companions do not attend this class. This will allow us to direct our attention to the learnings. However, a couple dog assistants will be present in each class so you’ll still get some doggie-love ☺
Does this class apply to other animals besides dogs?
Yes, Ayurvedic concepts and the doshas apply to ALL creatures. Of course the context of THIS class will be in reference to dogs, but you will learn the general concepts and can apply them to other pets/animals… as well as yourself!
