Q: How do I access the Discovering Ayurveda course?

A: Simply fill out the registration form and purchase the course. We will email you confirmation that you have successfully registered for the course and instructions on accessing the course.

Q: How do I access the course?

A: After you complete the registration process, you will receive an email with instructions and links to log onto the Chopra Center Online Learning portal. Register or log in here, and then select the Discovering Ayurveda course from your dashboard.

Q. What does self-paced mean?

A: Self-paced means you can access the course anywhere, anytime and move through the materials at your own pace.

Q. I am not very technologically saavy. Can I still do the course?

A. Yes, absolutely! If you can navigate a simple webpage you should have no problem accessing the Discovering Ayurveda course.

Q. My order is not going through. I need technical assistance.

Q. How long will the course be available for me?

A. You will have access to the Discovering Ayurveda course for six months from the date that you first access the course.

Q. What if I want to access the course for a longer time period?

A. When the six month access period is drawing to a close we will email you with an offer to extend your course access for 12 months for $19.99.

Q. What do I need to participate in the course?

A. You need an internet connection to access the course. Since there is streaming video a broadband connection is recommended.

Q. Is the Discovering Ayurveda course mobile-friendly?

A. Yes, you may enjoy the full course experience from a desktop, tablet, or mobile device.

Q. Are there any dietary or lifestyle restrictions in Ayurveda that may conflict with my current health program, beliefs, or medical needs?

A. Ayurveda is a philosophical approach to personalized health care. While there are some basic principles, like eating a vegetarian diet with lots of vegetables and healthy grains, one of the major teachings in Ayurveda is that your body best knows what foods, exercise, and nourishment it needs to heal itself. We invite you to try incorporating some of the recommended spices and recipes in Discovering Ayurveda program. Of course, consult your doctor before starting any new health or fitness regimen.
