Our success and growth would not have been possible without you. Thank you for trusting the Chopra Center with your health, spiritual growth, and personal development. We are so grateful.
The world is at a precipice—we are riding a wave and the ocean is consciousness. Thank you for being part of this journey.
Tat Tvam Asi
Literally translated to “Thou Art That” or “I Am That,” Tat Tvam Asi first appeared in the Upanishads as an expression of the relationship between the individual and the absolute. Later, Adi Shankara popularized the phrase again in his works on non-duality and the phrase came to represent a wider interpretation can be loosely translated to “We are all one.”
As the theme for our 20th anniversary year, Tat Tvam Asi provides a platform for interrelated connectedness of the Chopra Center and of all beings. I am you. You are me. We are the Chopra Center. I am the divine. The divine is in me.
This egalitarian expression serves as a level playing field and brings all of us together in one unified field of consciousness and wholeness-Deepak Chopra’s highest vision.
As an expression of our gratitude, please enjoy this guided meditation from Deepak Chopra on the theme Tat Tvam Asi.
