Group Programs Overview

The Chopra Center offers a variety of half- or full-day sessions, weekend seminars, and three- and five-day programs for groups, departments, and organizations interested in bringing balance into their collective lives. Corporate groups can receive a wide variety of educational workshops, stress management techniques, and ayurvedic healing massage therapies designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit and increase productivity and wellness in the workplace.

Tailoring a Guest Group Program
The Chopra Center works individually with guest groups to tailor programs that meet the needs and interests of groups in all industries and walks of life. Group programs can include half- or full-day sessions for as many days as desired. Sessions can integrate a combination of educational workshops, stress management techniques including yoga and meditation, gourmet vegetarian meals, and spa treatments.

Group program fees are based on the program options chosen, group size, workshop speakers, and program duration. Programs typically start at approximately $3,000 and depending on the specifics, logistics and group size can also be priced at a per person basis.

Executive Well Being: Balancing Work and Life
In our fast paced and deadline-focused world of business we regularly put in more than forty hours, we eat lunch at our desks, and we often work at a burnout pace. It is easy to lose ourselves and those around us in this process. In an interactive session hosted by David Greenspan - Wellness Educator, Meditation Instructor, and Chief Operating Officer of the Chopra Center, key principles for balancing work, life, stress, and the integrity each of us brings to our work environment. Attendees leave with practical tools and techniques for managing stress and anxiety in personal and professional life, and ways to bring balance into their lifestyle.

Introduction to Meditation
Meditation is a vital cornerstone of Chopra Center teachings. Meditation has been proven to reduce stress, lessen anxiety, bring balance into work-life, and restore wellness. Recent research also shows meditation can greatly improve overall physical health by increasing immune function and generating brain activity that results in positive emotions.

Introduction to Ayurveda and Mind-Body Wellness
Chopra Center Educators introduce and explore Ayurveda - the 5000-year-old natural healthcare system originating in ancient India. According to Ayurveda, individuals are categorized into three mind-body constitutions or ‘doshas’. Participants will discover their dosha,through interactive exercises and learn about their specific wellness needs. Participants leave with practical relaxation tools and balancing techniques that are easily integrated into everyday life.

Nutritional Nourishing for the Body, Mind, and Soul
Participants discover their personal mind-body constitution, and explore the core principles for creating a healthy body through nutrition. Featured topics include ideal foods for increased vitality, herbs for weight management, and the six tastes for satisfaction with every meal. Recipes and meal plans from The Chopra Center Cookbook: Nourishing Body and Soul are featured.

Conscious Communication and Emotions
Emotional well-being is dependent upon developing the skills to meet our needs. This session presents a powerful framework for conscious communication that increases the likelihood that we can meet our emotional needs. Explore the core of your emotions where your unfulfilled needs are identified; then, through a series of exercises, you will learn keys to conscious expression of your innermost desires; lastly, you will develop specific action steps to bring emotional freedom into your daily life.Through this workshop you will create more satisfying personal connections; meet your needs in ways that honor and respect your values and the values of others; and heal your previous experiences and relationships that have been painful or unsuccessful.

Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop (limited to 30 attendees):
Hosted by Teresa Long, Chopra Center chef and educator
$75 per person with a minimum of $500.

Offered as a special event/activity during an executive business conference, sales meeting, etc. In our fast paced and deadline-focused world of business nothing is more important than signing the contract, getting the deal, or closing the sale.It is easy to lose ourselves in this process. In this interactive session, David Greenspan - Wellness Educator, Meditation Instructor, and Chief Operating Officer of the Chopra Center, will teach key principles for balancing work, life, stress, and the integrity each of us brings to our work environment.
