An Invitation from the Dean . . .
We know you are seeking. I came to the Chopra Center because I was seeking. My heart was heavy and I was looking for peace of mind, more love, and a deeper connection to source. I began exploring solutions. And a friend of mine told me, “If you really want to learn something, learn to teach it.” So I came to the Chopra Center; immersed myself into this timeless body of knowledge, and almost ten years later, the timeless teachings of meditation, Ayurveda, and yoga have woven themselves into my being. They have lightened my heart, healed my body, and expanded my soul. They bring greater understanding into my relationships and deeper fulfillment into each breath I take. Indeed, by opening myself to this vast body of knowledge, I have connected to the most healing elements that nourish me on a daily basis.
How to Go Deeper into the Teachings
More than a decade ago, Deepak and David developed a platform for the beginner looking to test the waters, the advanced student looking to go deeper, and the aspiring teacher looking to share this timeless wisdom. And now, each day I am asked, “How do I learn to meditate?” “What’s my dosha and how do I balance it?” or “How can I experience the healing aspects body-centered restful awareness?”
The answer is Chopra Center University – an environment of nurturing and non-judgmental teaching that can be accessed in person, online, and in the classroom. I encourage you to explore your options for accessing greater fulfillment in life through consciousness-based teachings.
