Explore Your SynchroDestiny

From the moment we become aware of the world around us, we begin to wonder about our place within it. The questions we ask are timeless: Why am I here? How do I fit into the scheme of things? What is my destiny?

As children, we tend to think of the future as a clean sheet of paper upon which we can write our own stories. The possibilities seem endless, and we are energized by the promise of discovery and the sheer pleasure of living immersed in so much potential. But as we grow up, become adults, and are "educated" about our limitations, our view of the future becomes constricted. What once lifted our imaginations now weighs us down with dread and anxiety. What once felt boundless becomes narrow.

All too often, ego intervenes. Our thoughts, influenced by external factors – money worries, job stress, relationship tensions – end up hindering our spiritual development, and we find ourselves moving in a direction opposite from where we want to go.

Two ways to overcome that tendency are to meditate and to practice positive inner dialogue. Positive inner dialogue helps move us in the right direction, fosters synchronicity, and promotes spiritual development. With positive internal dialogue, we can create self-power. This is one of the foundations of SynchroDestiny – the ability to co-create with the universe to fulfill our deepest intentions and desires.

Tune into Your Inner Dialogue

Inner dialogue is one of our most basic characteristics. When we meet new people, we’re used to looking at how they're dressed, the kind of car they drive, the hairstyle they have. Based on these external clues, we form an impression of the individual. But this snap judgment is nothing more than the result of the ego having a conversation with itself. It also serves an important function by contributing to our survival, telling us “this person is dangerous,” or “that fruit is not safe to eat,” etc. Although useful, this little voice would have you believe that you and it are one and the same, that its goals are your goals. But there is another place inside you where your silent witness dwells. This is the place you experience in meditation, when you go beyond the ego mind into the domain of pure awareness.

Freeing the Conscious Energy Flow

When you find yourself looking at the world and saying, “There’s nothing out there for me,” also look into your heart and ask, “If there's nothing out there, is there anything in here?” Examine your inner dialogue to discover where you might be blocking the conscious energy flow, then remove the ego, step out of the way, and let your soul shine through. This requires an attitude of surrender to the universal domain, which is much grander than anything you could imagine. It’s nothing less than a leap of faith. Your inner dialogue can support this by saying, “Things are not going my way. I'm letting go of my idea of how they should be. My sense of ‘me and mine’ has to expand.”

As you let go of the need to force, control, or manipulate, your spirit reflects confidence, happiness, good humor, kindness, and thoughtfulness. The quality of your inner dialogue is instantly obvious to other people. When you practice positive inner dialogue, people will want to bond with you, help you, and be near you. They want to share in the love, knowingness, and bliss that shines through your eyes and is reflected in your every action. This is true inner power. This is the path to discovering your truth, fulfilling your desires, and shaping your destiny.
