Join us for our Spring
April 11 – May 1, 2011
Do you want to bring balance and peace into your life? Are you looking to soothe your body and calm your mind? Would you like to experience progressively expanded states of awareness, enabling you to remember your essential nature as infinite and unbounded? Then it is time to explore the different layers of your inner self with the Chopra Center’s Spring 21-Day Meditation Challenge.
We’re excited to offer our third free Meditation Challenge for both beginning and experienced practitioners. Beginning in just a few days on April 11, our spring challenge offers 21 brand-new guided meditations that will guide you in a rejuvenating experience of life’s three primary layers: the body, the mind, and the soul.
As described by the ninth-century sage Adi Shankara – one of the most influential teachers of yogic philosophy and Vedic science – these three realms encompass our physical body, our energetic body, the extended body of our environment; our mind, intellect, and ego; and our personal soul, collective soul, and universal soul. We live simultaneously on all of these different levels, and meditation benefits them all.
Restore Your Memory of Wholeness
We live in a turbulent world where peace is sometimes difficult to find. The silence we experience in meditation is in the space between our thoughts where the potential for any other thought resides. Glimpsing this field of quiet, expanded awareness allows you to recognize that your essential self is not the perpetual traffic of thoughts that fill your mind and reflect the world around you.
Meditation offers one of the most powerful ways to explore your essential nature, restoring the memory of wholeness in your life. Through meditation, you quiet you inner turbulence and connect to the creative power of the universe, allowing the spontaneous fulfillment of your intentions for peace, health, love, and meaning.
Whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing for some time, the 21-Day Meditation Challenge will shift your awareness. Marcel Proust wrote, “The real journey of discovery is not in seeking new landscapes, but in seeing with new eyes.”
It is our intention that our Spring Meditation Challenge will enable you to experience your body, mind, and soul from a new perspective of expanded empowerment, peace, and inner wisdom.
