Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga Classes
We offer yoga classes every day of the week. See our schedule here Monday morning classes are held at The La Costa Fitness Center. All other classes are held at The Chopra Center. Please arrive early to reserve your space.
We have just introduced Family Yoga to our offerings. Family Yoga is open to families with children ages 5+, extended family members & those with special needs. No previous yoga experience required, all you’ll need is an open mind & heart! Family Yoga is offered at the Chopra Center every Saturday morning from 10:30 to 11:15. Read more about Family Yoga here

Primordial Sound Meditation
Daily Group Meditation: Free
We offer 30-minute group meditation sessions Monday through Thursday at 8:30am and 6pm and Friday at 8:30 am only. Meditation is a great way to begin and end a busy day.

Kundalini Dancing Meditation

This wonderful active meditation is like an energetic shower, washing away stress and offering delight. Relax, celebrate, and melt into the silence. It is an hour meditation held in the beautiful Dharma Room of the Chopra Center. We start on time and doors are closed once we begin. Please wear loose, comfortable clothes and do not wear perfume or fragrance. Water, mats, and blankets are available. Plan to arrive early, park for free, and take a peaceful stroll through the lovely grounds of La Costa into the tranquility of the Chopra Center. No need to register.
