Amanda Ringnalda

Amanda is a Vedic Master Educator with the Chopra Center University, having completed teacher trainings in Primordial Sound MeditationSeven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, and Perfect Health: Ayurvedic Lifestyle. Studying under Drs. Deepak Chopra and David Simon since 2006, Amanda also serves as the Chopra Center's VP of Client Services and Operations, helping to weave the integrity of the teachings internally through the organization, and externally.

Amanda’s first yoga class in 1996 inspired a deep recognition of these timeless teachings. In addition to the trainings at the Chopra Center, she has completed 200- and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training immersion intensives at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram. She regularly retreats from the city life to continually deepen her spiritual studies at their ashrams around the world.
