“I think it’s time for a detox!” said over a million people around the world just yesterday. How many Facebook posts have you read about the latest liver detox, elimination diet, fat flush, or colon cleanse?
It’s great that more and more people are thinking about cleansing their systems, and it’s the perfect time to do so just before summer. But a common oversight of people interested in doing a detox is failing to determine exactly why they have decided to detox in the first place.
