Chopra Center University Program Development Manager and Vedic Master

Trista is one of the lead Master Educators at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing where she teaches at the Certification Programs, events, and weekly classes at the Perfect Health program. She is certified in Primordial Sound Meditation, Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, and Perfect Health: Ayurvedic Lifestyle. She also works closely with Chopra Center University Advisory Board members and other master educators in curriculum development.

For six years, Trista apprenticed under the Chopra Center’s co-founder Dr. David Simon, co-facilitating the Healing the Heart workshop. She continues to facilitate Healing the Heart, in the footsteps of her former mentor. 

Trista’s passion and commitment to gently guiding people on their inward journey through emotional healing is evident in her work as a teacher at the Chopra Center, and in her role of inspiring and empowering people to follow their dharma on the Teachers Path with Chopra Center University. 

Trista is devoted to inspiring and empowering others to live a life of fulfillment, joy, and dharma.
