As a lead Master Educator at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing, Trista teaches weekly classes at the Chopra Center’s Perfect Health program, the advanced meditation group at Seduction of Silence, and in Chopra Center University’s Instructor Certification Programs. She is certified in Primordial Sound MeditationSeven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, and Perfect Health: Ayurvedic Lifestyle, and also works closely with Chopra Center University Advisory Board members and other master educators in curriculum development.

For six years, Trista apprenticed under the Chopra Center’s co-founder Dr. David Simon, co-facilitating the Healing the Heart workshop. She continues the emotional healing work and leading the workshop in the footsteps of her former mentor. Clearly in her dharma, Trista’s passion and dedication to gently guide people on their inward journey through emotional healing is evident in her work as a Master Educator at the Chopra Center.

In her time outside the Chopra Center, Trista is devoted to inspiring and empowering others to cultivate and maintain mindfulness-based lifestyle practices that lead to greater clarity, purpose and fulfillment.

Trista Thorp is Board Certified by the Association of Integrative Psychology as a Master Practitioner of NeuroLinguistic Programming, Hypnosis, and Mental and Emotional Release® Therapy, a Certified Reiki Master, and an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.
