Deep Prakash Deoja, Singing Bowl Meditation

Originally from Kathmandu, Nepal, Deep is a meditation master creator of Deep Sound Meditation. At his special event at Summoning the Sacred, he will use Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, tingshas, and other ancient instruments to take you into expanded states of awareness and relaxation. The sounds created by the Tibetan singing bowls resonate at frequencies corresponding to the seven chakras in the body. Thus the practice of sound healing is meant to align the chakras for enhanced health, increased focus, and inner quiet.

To promote his global cause of helping those who are suffering, Deep co-founded and is the president of the Bishwa Seva Foundation), a California-based non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. The sole purpose of Bishwa Seva is to assist those in need in underdeveloped regions, including but not restricted to Nepal. Current projects include providing schooling, lodging, and clothing for children in Panauti, Nepal.
