Just about all of what you mention is astonishingly accurate and that makes me wonder the reason why I hadn’t looked at this in this light before. This particular article truly did turn the light on for me as far as this specific topic goes. However at this time there is just one factor I am not really too comfortable with and while I attempt to reconcile that with the core theme of the point, let me observe just what all the rest of your readers have to point out.Well done.

Enlightenment is knowing yourself to know others better. When you know yourself you can know everything around you well. We can now know and understand our family members better. We can now know and understand our friends better. The whole existence around us is mysterious. The whole existence is trying to speak to us and reveal its deeper secrets. But this has become difficult because we have gone away from our soul. Our soul is within our own being and we are searching for the success somewhere outside. Enlightened Leadership is taking this challenge and leading yourself to reach this goal within. Once this goal is achieved it is now to come back again in the very thick of the world and the market place and share that mystery and miracle with other friends. The by-product of all this is a shared empathy and shared vision. This is called Enlightened Leadership!

I agree after reading the great post above, and here is my opinion – People need a business coach for all kinds of factors. The present economic system has made successful business people fearing the unknown.
