Dear Davidji et al
I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the 21 day meditation challenge. It came at the time that I turned 45 and helped me to re-evaluate my life. I am still continuing to meditate daily. I can only say that it has changed my life signifiicantly. I was struggling with grieving the loss of my dad but now am more peaceful about that. I also ended a relationship which was not nourishing me. I feel I am calmer and more aware in my daily life and interactions with others. I have meditated before and participated in 10 day retreats but this was the kick start that now has me meditating daily and loving it. I am dreaming of coming to a seduction of spirit retreat.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Clare, Ireland.

10 day report…rpm seems like it will work, I just have to “r” a little earlier. That is the hard part, I may have to set an alarm. Most surprising: I have found when I start to judge or get angry at someone I catch it, like my stray thoughts during meditation. I gently swipe these negative thoughts aside and focus on the beauty of the day, or the things I am grateful for. It’s hard to believe in a few short days I feel so much less trapped.

I just saw something in the last few days saying I could sign up for a FREE 21 day meditation challenge. I signed up, then came to a page which said I had to pay.
Was I mistaken that it’s free or is the site just confusing?
What do I do?
