I am grateful for the gift that God has given me to write beautiful melodies. I have been trained, yes, but some force is channeling within me to compose the pieces that I do. Where do they come from? Not sure. But through my body and soul I am able to compose as I do. I am grateful for my wife’s never ending love for me, my dog’s unconditional love for us both and just the fact that I can get up out of bed each and every day and put one foot in front of the other.

I’m grateful for the wonderful gift of today.
I’m so thankful for the gift of nature, all the beautiful things that I see when I look out of the window. I love that I live in a world where I can stop to enjoy the moment of hearing a bird sing or watch a golden leaf float gently to the ground in the breeze.
And I’m so grateful to the person who invented the toilet so I can sit in comfort rather than squat above a hole. I am really thankful to that person.I love and am grateful for all my family and friends who bring love and light into my life. I love them for all that they are and all that do.

I am grateful that I am alive in this time when quantum science is looking at the face of God (I had hoped for it but didn’t think that it would happen in my lifetime. I am 54).
I am grateful that we have this wonderful growing technology for communication that allows us to become One World.
I appreciate so much that I live an almost first world life even though I live in Africa.
I am thankful for the Beauty I see in everyone and all around me and it shows me how to love.Thank you God for this glorious adventure of living. Yes, sometimes there is pain but that too lets me know that I am alive. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for every single thing!

Every day I am grateful for all good things as well as bad things that happen to me, because I learn from all experiences to become a better person.

I am grateful for my ancestors beginning from my great grandfather who gave birth to his brilliant child – my grandfather, Acharya K, Lakshmana Sarma, who was a pioneer in Nature Cure movement in India and who wrote several authoritative books like Practical Nature Cure and taught simple and natural ways of leading a healthy life to so many people in India. I am thankful for my grandfather for teaching me personally so many things beside Nature Cure including vedanta philosophy mahayoga – the combination of which makes my life and the science and art of life which I in turn teach to so many people. I am thankful to my father, Sri Ganesh Sharma, who taught this noble science of health to more individuals than any other teacher of his time.
I am thankful to my wife, Girija Sharma, who supports me in my mission of not only leading a healthy and natural life style for myself, but to teach this wonderful science of health to those enthusiasts who are keen. I am thankful for God to keep me sane and still interested in pursuing my mission of spreading this message of health and goodwill for our fellow beings. Last but not the least I am thankful for Deepak Chopra, who provided me with this opportunity to express my self and for carrying the torch of teaching how to have good health.

Children and their infinite connection to love are what I am grateful for. How they can make you laugh, play, forgive and love. They remind us of who we are and the freedom and love we have within us. How lucky I am to have them as my teachers.

Today I am extremely grateful to be nicotine free. After smoking for 42 years and several attempts at quitting, I feel this is the last time of quitting. I finally get it. Thanks to a lot of trial and error and studying various books on quitting smoking.
The one I liked best is Alan Carr’s, The Easy Way to Stop Smoking. I bought it years ago, and only skipped through it. A couple of weeks ago I decided to read it from front to back like it was written to be read. This guy knows this nicotine addiction forwards and backwards and has made it his mission in life to help people free themselves of this hideous addiction. God Bless him for finding his purpose and living it! -
I am grateful that I left my boyfriend in New Zealand two years ago to come back to live in Wales, UK. This decision enabled me to spend time with my parents who are still alive. My mother is 80 now and my father 77, and I am so happy that I have a chance to connect with them now, (without all my past programs running) and to spend precious time together. I am grateful to have such a powerful opportunity – however long it is.
I am grateful that we have all grown closer now during this time and for all the things my parents continue to do in my life. They both make me smile and I am incredibly proud of them. I travel with my business and I am so grateful my mother has learned how to use Skype so that we can still keep in touch wherever I am.
I am grateful to Skype for making it so easy to connect with family, loved ones, and clients around the world. Without them I would feel very lost!
I am grateful for this opportunity to share my gratitude! Blessings to you all for a peaceful holiday and 2010. Om Shanti. Michelle

I am grateful for who I am, for what I am doing, and for what I have
-
I’m thankful for all of you who make us, the One.
I’m thankful for having been born into a loving family, for being married to a man who’s the perfect balance for me, to being blessed with wonderful children and now a grandchild!
Genevieve from Africa said it so well – we are SO blessed to live at this exciting time when science and wisdom converge. My path to understanding has been illuminated by Baba Hari Dass, Ram Dass, Dr. Candace Pert, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and many others. Thanks to them! And it’s come together now with Dr. Chopra’s teachings. What blessings!
An Osanges Chant about gratitude concludes: “And if perchance you see no reason for giving thanks, rest assured the fault is in yourself.”
Beautiful!

I am grateful for the love I feel towards my parents, my husband, my children, my brother, for all the people I know. I think it is a grace to know that in our hearts we have enough love to give to all human beings, to feel mercy for them, to be tolerant, to be thankful, to be able to express all those wonderful human virtues we cherish deep inside. I thank God for teaching me through my life experiences to forgive and apologise, for distinguishing what is important enough to worry about and what is not, for learning that there are things in life that I cannot solve, that I cannot control so I have to wait patiently because they are His things. Finally, I have to thank you for all the teaching you give to the world for there are moments when we need those lovely words in order to go ahead in life.

Iam gratefull for the abilty to Know I am more then this body. That there is someone watching over me, maybe a few, That death is not the end. Iam gratefull to have experienced love in its fullest. Be that of a child, grandchild, family, friends, lover, even strangers. To continually be in awe with nature, the skies, the critters,, This fall was so extrodinary, I’ve always love fall, but this year, the colors seemed more vibrant, it seemed the colors touched me more deeply, The way the leaves flew along beside me in the truck, the way they chased behind a car, the way they shimmied on the trees, The rich color of land, the dirt, the stones, What a beautiful gift this earth gives us, What a extodinary planet, Protected by a magnetic force field, to shield us from solar flares from the sun, I love this world. Iam grateful for the spiritual teachers, For you,,,this web site,,,,,I do forget sometimes, and the universe brings me to this website, Iam totally grateful. Thank-you deepok chopra, davidji ….Namesta

I am grateful for this day. For peace, quiet, tranquility, a place to call home. I am grateful for my wonderful son – a blessing every day, every smile. Being his mother and have him to love is a gift and it has healed so much. I am grateful for the warmth, affection and trust between the dog at my side and me every day and to my friends. I am especially grateful for the guided meditations that have given me peace and guidance during this time and for other spiritual teachings and writers who are there for me every day. I am grateful the chance to learn a new, more loving way of faith and kindness.

The past year has been a quantum blessing. My daughter and myself have crossed a continent, settled in a new country, a new language, a new culture – and at a moment when I felt so homesick and so alienated I was guided to Deepak Chopra online. Within 24 hours I had ordered books and CD’s and my path ahead was laid before me. Everything has become so clear now. I have been given an extraordinary gift of understanding and spiritual growth – I am living a life I did not believe possible – and my daughter shares my joy. We have climbed mountains together & how utterly amazing the last year has been. To everybody that shares this joy and gratitude – I link hands and hearts with all of you to share in appreciation the work, the love, the extraordinary wisdom that Deepak, Davidji and David Simon so generously & unconditionally share with us all.

I am so grateful for my unbelievably amazing friends who have been pillars of support, without whom I would have never made it through my tough times.

After going through a tricky time in my life I am truly grateful for all of Davidji’s guided meditations. They have helped me see my world through very different eyes, helped to improve my mental and physical self, improved my health, my gratitude, my general acceptance of my world and my happiness. I am different now. I am also grateful for the technology which brought Davidji to me! Although I live in Australia, I can listen to him whenever I can, and he has brought me peace. Thank you to the Chopra Centre for your kind and gentle global focus.

I’ve shown gratitude through the use of a gratitude journal. I have written about the gratitude I have shown for my family, friends, neighbors. Down to the small things such as a phone call from a close friend to see how I was doing, a picture drawn for me by a neighbor’s daughter, the hug I received from my Uncle. Each day I show gratitude for my health when it was good and when it was not so good the help I received and the help I gave to myself to improve it. Gratitude to my yoga teachers whether I agreed with their way of teaching or not because they helped me to grow. There have been so many things I have been thankful for and I continue to show that gratitude.
