  3. I am grateful for my DNA and the brain I have as a result of information contained in my DNA.
My brain makes me relate and perceive my enviroment and he is a great healthy receiver of signals that come through the Universal “biochemical” precision.
My DNA and Brain have given me an amazing combination of so called “life events” and very clear and precise and recogniseable sequence of Universal “biochemical ” events.
Thank you Universe for my genes, my unique DNA!
That is all I have to be grateful for as that determines everything else and my purpose in this physical body ! It’s great to have a strong feeling about it – but then again – how could I do it without my beautiful brain! :-)
I am grateful for the rest of my organs too as they cooperate with my brain so well. I am grateful for all my hard working cells! Again my brain dictates huge respect towards them – so I feel so lucky to have an amazing Central organ in my CNS!!!
I am grateful for a lovely relationship between my brain and the rest of my cells and organs . All of them !

  5. I am grateful to have learned that the only thing that is required of me is to be awake and aware. Who I am and what I “do” does not have to be defined or judged, but simply happens with each moment of awareness. I am grateful for how the generous universe conspires to support and empower me the moment I am centered and still and open to its infinite possibilities.

I am so thankful to learn that there is no separation between me and the Creator of the Universe, and that I no longer need to live in fear of the unkown, knowing that I am never alone, but that I am supported by the presence of Life itself. I am so thankful for the teachers, experiences and lessons that have allowed me to grown spiritually, and to experience transformation. I am thankful for a mother who taught me to believe that there is a God, and who taught me and my siblings to pray. 13. At this point in my life, I’d have to say that I’m most grateful for my health. I feel in pretty good shape for my age, 57. And I say good health because the healthier I am the more I can do for my wife and daughters, the better I can do at my job and the more I can get out of meditation. I’m also grateful for my life, this time around, because without which the above would not be possible. And lastly, how can I forget all the great spiritual masters who came before us and pointed the way. I am grateful for the ones known and unknown. We live in a wonderful universe, thank you.

  14. I am grateful for all that I have, all that I am, and all that I am yet to become. I am grateful to my husband for his kindness, his generosity, his love and his support in everything that I do, I am also grateful for everything that he does for us in, both our lives. I am so very grateful to the many people that have come into my life since I have begun teaching Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga & Pilates, and the various other services I offer, these people have truly been a blessing to me and I feel humbled to be able to reach out and help. I have always said, “if I can reach out and touch just one person, then I will have fulfilled my Dharma in life”, little did I know that by reaching out and touching one, I have really touched many. And for this I am very grateful. Namasté

  15. Yesterday my children and I were traveling and playing the “appreciation game” my heart soared hearing the many brilliant things that they found to appreciate and be grateful and thankful about. I am most grateful for my ability to be awakening into the greatest truths of love, light and understanding. About all of the universal laws that exist and work so beautifully. For the breath and for each moment as it is…no expectations just love. Thankful for all of the beautiful souls who are raising their vibrations and contributing the greater conciousness of the Universe!!!

  28. I am grateful that the joy I express returns to bless me. The joys I discover on the path of life take many forms: beholding the awesome beauty of nature, listening to the laughter of loved ones, and taking in the freshness of a spring rain. The joy I feel is not created by these outer experiences; I am responding to them from the joy that is already in my heart. I live in a wonderful world that is created by a loving God, a supportive Creator who inspires new growth in nature and new growth within me. I give thanks for God’s activity in the world and within me!
