What happens at SynchroDestiny?

The SynchroDestiny workshop begins each morning with yoga instruction and meditation. Then the Chopra Center co-founders – Deepak and David – will show you how to tap into the field of pure potentiality in order to orchestrate the fulfillment of all your desires. Each day, guests will dine on delicious ayurvedic vegetarian lunches prepared from The Chopra Center Cookbook.
Those attending SynchroDestiny also receive instruction and daily practice in Primordial Sound Meditation and the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga.
Each day concludes with a shared group meditation and yoga, followed by dinner and time for private reflection or sharing with others in your group. The evening activities include an exploration of the I-Ching with David Simon, and other experiences to spark your creativity and intuitive abilities. SynchroDestiny culminates in an elegant celebration dinner featuring live entertainment.

January 27–31, 2010: Carlsbad, California
For those learning Primordial Sound Meditation, check in is Wednesday, January 27 at 2:30 p.m. For those who already have received Primordial Sound Meditation instruction, check in begins at 8 a.m. on Thursday, January 28. The workshop ends at approximately 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 31.
June 16–20, 2010: Taos, New Mexico
For those learning Primordial Sound Meditation, check in is 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 16. For those who already have received Primordial Sound Meditation instruction, check in begins at 8 a.m. on Thursday, June 17. The workshop ends at approximately 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 21.
October 20–24, 2010: Carlsbad, California
For those learning Primordial Sound Meditation, check in is 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 20. For those who already have received Primordial Sound Meditation instruction, check in begins at 8 a.m. on Thursday, October 21. The workshop ends at approximately 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 24.
